Map for Living: Weekend Workshop Experience
February 4th, 5th and 6th
META center NY
214 West 29th Street, 16th Floor
Our first offering in a series of workshops will introduce you to the fruits of our holism model. By integrating Body, Mind and Spirit we become deeply connected with the felt senses of the body, allowing us to embrace our inner wisdom. The rewards from this work will begin to manifest in your life starting with a deeper relationship with your self. By suspending our everyday thinking, we can clear the past to create space for the future we desire. We will celebrate the diversity of our journeys and discover how we can meet future challenges with grace and wisdom.
Journey of Healing: Sustaining Weekly Experience
Every Tuesday evening beginning February 8th
Location to be announced
We have found the awakening experience of a workshop can be further integrated and sustained within an ongoing community setting. The Institute offers a weekly group where we continue to explore the tangible experiences of holism. This setting provides a means of accessing and expressing our inherent personal and collective healing powers.
Journey of Healing:
