  • What questions to ask to help explore the client’s relationship to shame and how it operates
  • Some common ways shame presents not only as a thought, but as a nervous system state that drives repetitive beliefs
  • A handful of powerful practices to meet shame in new ways which you can use to support yourself and others
  • A little bit about the lineage of the practices shared, where they come from and why they’re helpful
  • A closing with some recommendations for how people can go further if they want to get trained and certified as a somatic coach
