Mina James

Mina is a psychodynamic psychotherapist who helps clients reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel lost, faraway, or hidden. Mina takes a holistic approach blending somatic practices with traditional talk therapy.

Mina is passionate about helping clients who find themselves dealing with unexpected loss, grief, and shame. Her ethos acknowledges the profound impact of intergenerational and systemic traumas on individual and collective psychological and spiritual health.

As a former artist and storyteller Mina has a passion for understanding how clients tell their own stories, and discovering alongside them, what parts of that story they want to change or leave behind. Mina’s approach is warm, deeply compassionate, providing a safe environment for tuning into the mind and body.
