  • Introduce the foundations and history of Focalizing and how it’s being used as a somatic coaching methodology.

  • Demonstrate practical, trauma-informed body-led techniques you can apply immediately with clients.

  • Provide hands-on experience with somatic tools that deepen therapeutic presence and client connection.

Who This Recorded Class Is For:

This workshop recording is ideal for all forms of helpers (therapists, coaches, teachers, nurses and more) who want to expand their toolkit with effective somatic practices. Whether you're supporting clients professionally or exploring embodiment work for personal development, you'll leave with practical techniques you can use right away.
