In this intro gathering, co-teachers Nick Werber and Jo Miller shared;

  • Their unique point of view on healing

  • The history of Focalizing

  • Body-led trauma informed practices

At the end of the intro class Nick and Jo spoke about the upcoming practitioner training course and answered a few questions.

This class is a perfect opportunity for anyone who is interested in embodiment work for their benefit or for those around them to experience helpful practices. And it’s also a space for people who are considering the program to learn more and see if it’s right for them.

Please note: Throughout the class there are invitations to experience body led practices. There is no obligation to follow this and we exercise a full body autonomy space at all times.
