I come to Focalizing via non-hierarchical whole systems change, theory U, relational culture, deep democracy and DEI, decades of Buddhist meditation practice and teaching, writing and art. Central to my approach is co-inquiry; a process of deep listening together, and trust- that what needs to be known or named, or cared for will arise, and that we will be there for it, hearts wide open.
